Description
I have always wanted to do a Mortal Kombat character and had just never gotten around to it. There are a lot of great characters to choose from, really. Kitana isn't my favourite but her fans are fun to draw so that was a good motivation.
Also. It's a hot and humid summer. Fans can help with that.
